Heron Comes the Sun is an immaculate home in the Currituck Club that offers everything you need to get back outside and soak up the OBX sunshine. During your stay, everyone in your group will delight in the beautifully landscaped backyard with sparkling private pool, volleyball court, and a barefoot-friendly lawn that's perfect for yard games. Your furry companions will especially love the expansive outdoor space at this pet-friendly home. The pool can be heated certain times of the year, bringing those much needed endless summer vibes to your off-season getaways.

Inside, the open-concept great room has been tastefully furnished for maximum comfort. This bright and airy space boasts a soaring tray ceiling, gas fireplace (off-season only) and direct access to an east-facing sun deck that overlooks the pool and backyard. Get dinner started in the fully stocked kitchen that features a double oven for preparing a family feast. With a dining table for eight and bar seating for four more, there's plenty of room to sit down and enjoy meals together. After a day at the beach or lounging by the pool, wind down in the evenings with a refreshing beverage while watching the sunset from the spacious front porch.

Heron Comes the Sun provides over 3,000 square feet of indoor living space and six bedrooms to easily accommodate multiple or extended families. The split-level layout consists of three bedrooms upstairs (including two king ensuites) and three additional bedrooms (including the third king ensuite) on the lower floor. Downstairs, you'll also find a cozy den that can be used for some quiet time or a movie night. Use the full-sized fridge in the laundry room for storing extra groceries or the catch of the day.

During the summer months, you can park your car in the garage and leave it there your entire stay if you'd like since the seasonal trolley makes a stop less than 50ft. from the house. This complimentary shuttle service will take you to the beach and when you arrive, you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear (Memorial Day - Labor Day). Back at the resort, take advantage of a variety of world-class amenities available exclusively to Currituck Club guests. The community's main clubhouse features a fitness center, outdoor pool, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard and volleyball. Just past the clubhouse, a Harris Teeter is located at the entrance of the community so groceries and conveniences will always be just minutes away.
