„Ich habe eine Delux Zimmer gebucht , als ich angereist bin erklärte mir die Dame am Empfang ich habe das Zimmer nicht im Firefly sondern im Point Village gebucht. Ich zeige ihr meine Reservierung , auf der Firefly steht. Sie meinte das Firefly wäre teurer und ich hätte ein privates Appartement irgendwo gebucht. Dort gibt es kein Restaurant oder Frühstück oder ähnliches. Nach hin und her bekam ich ein schäbiges Zimmer (ich habe 120€ pro Nacht bezahlt) in dem ein Auslaufender Kühlschrank stand , ...

„Kind of funky, but it was a good place to stay for one night. The room was kind of crowded for four people. It was a bit noisy. The pink buildings and having to walk through someone's living room to sign in and get help was interesting, but common in Jamaica. Keyshawn, the young man who helped us, was fantastic! We left some bathing suits there and a week later they were holding them for us in case we ever came back. Super honest!“

„The place was rin down and was nit clean . No water. They said the virbo price was incorrect and charged more at check in.we book for 2 nights only stay 1 and went somewhere else the next day.“

„Overall the property was mediocre. When we got to the airport we called for transportation, as planned before hand, and there was no response, so we had to rent a driver from the airport. When we got there there was no welcome and the orientation wasn't well coordinated. We found out later by ourselves that they had a whole restaurant that was open to the guests ( we weren't told upon arrival). "Das Hotel ist eine Massenabfertigung mit Schwerpunkt US. Das Essen ist okay, aber nichts Besonderes. Der Strand ist winzig, die Poolanlage sehr groß. Zum Flughafen braucht man ca. 15 Minuten. Wer nur hier Urlaub macht, sieht nichts von der ansonsten fantastischen Insel."

"I love this place! The location cannot be beat - right in the middle of 7 mile beach, with numerous restaurants closeby. After having stayed at standard and superior rooms before we went for a Junior Suite this time and it was perfect for our small family of 3 - spacious, 2 comfy queen beds, with a big balcony overlooking the pool and just a few feet from the restaurant, beachbar and the ocean. As usual the staff took great care of us - they always go out of their way to make the guests feel special while staying super professional. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of and the beach is amazing! We will keep coming back for more! "
