H3 Port Stephens is a luxurious waterfront duplex located on the absolute beachfront in Corlette. H3 is located on a picturesque white, sandy beach with breathtaking views over the glistening waters of Port Stephens harbour. This exclusive alcove has calm, protected waters making it ideal for children, relaxing dips and water activities. H3 sleeps up to eight guests (MAX 6 adults).

H3’s classic architecture and elegant, yet relaxed, coastal style exudes opulent beach house vibes. Cook up holiday feasts on the terrace BBQ while you watch glorious sunsets over the water. There’s a lovely strip of grassy verge between H3 and the sand, perfect for picnics and games with the kids. The beach is idyllic and being a harbour-side beach, and protected from the prevailing winds in summer, the calm water is perfect for kids of all ages. The children will be entertained for hours building sandcastles, swimming and playing games on the beach and grass.

On the ground floor the open plan lounge, dining and fully equipped kitchen all overlook the beach and blue waters. The living and dining room flow out to a large alfresco entertaining terrace, with BBQ, dining table and sun lounges. The terrace has a few steps down to the grassy reserve and the enticing sand of the beach is just metres away. There’s also a powder room on the ground level and an outdoor shower. The first floor has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite, TV, queen size bed and water views. Bedroom two also has water views, a TV and queen size bed. Bedroom three has a TV and two long, zip single beds, which can be joined together to make a king sized bed. This bedroom also has two ingenious fold down, wall bunk beds, which can sleep two children upon application. The main bathroom includes a bath tub and shower and has a separate toilet.

H3 has ducted air-con and ceiling fans throughout. The laundry has a washer and dryer. The garage is not available for use, however there’s room for two vehicles on the driveway and street parking. Upon arrival you’ll find the beds made and towels for your bathrooms. H3 features WIFI.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 6 adults. There are 2 x hidden wall fold down single beds (bunks) that will be used to accommodate 2 children ($100), total maximum guest 8.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen for 6 guests - 2 x Queen, x 2 Zip Singles/Queen. The bunk beds are an optional extra cost.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION: Please confirm which beds and optional extras you require .

Option 2 - 2 Queen, 1 King

Additional costs when booking:
Bunk Beds - $100 per booking with towel and linen
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

BOND- $1500 payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.

Beautiful location

Perfect location for our family of 6, with 4 young kids. Mum and dad even got to relax! Kids had a ball. Stand up paddle boards were a hit. Saw dolphins from the backyard a couple of times. Magical!

Great location and amenities. Very responsive host (they responded within hours of running out of propane fro the bbq) . We cooked in several times and the only critique we had was that the appliances, although functional, need a bit of an update for a property in this category. Otherwise, everything was as shown and would say the pictures do not do justice to the incredible sunset views we had during our stay.

Convenient location with great views

We enjoyed our stay. Great to be able to walk straight onto the beach and the sunsets were fatastic. Having paid top rates for the time we stayed we were a little disapointed with the upkeep of the property. Some easy fixes like new carpeting would go a long way.

Easter Holiday break

Beautiful duplex has it all. Property is very clean and spacious with unbeatable location, the beach as your backyard. Spent 3 nights and 4 days, kids said it wans't enough time which says it all.

Great location! Lovely beach front. Family Had a good break . Dishwasher did not work properly and leaked all over the floor. Had to manually wash up . Small dirty oven . Reviews said very clean. Not clean. Most dishes in draws were chipped and not functional as were glass. Could not cook due to dirty oven. Dirty dishes in draws . Dirty pots. Dirty showers ! Not good on holidays. I had to clean myself and mop up water from dish washer! Kitchen needs a makeover . Love the area but won’t be back to this property! Will stay at corlette beautiful spot and very relaxing. Duplex not suitable as shared access to beach and very close to other property. Not private. Feel we overpaid and deposit bond was taken much too early. 4/10 stay

Lovely long weekend

This was our third stay here over the years and as previously, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at H3. It didn’t matter that the sun wasn’t out the whole time we were always able to enjoy the space. We had lots of plans to be out for breakfasts and lunches but we enjoyed the space so much we preferred to just stay in the home and enjoy it. Our kids were on the paddle boards all weekend and enjoyed it thoroughly - thank you!

Wonderful holiday house

Amazing property beautiful location wonderful owner I can’t describe more than for this house it was fully of all the comfortable things you need! very clean we enjoy our Easter holiday with family I advise everyone to book this wonderful house because it’s close to beach and shopping centre it was only 4 minutes away I shared this house with my friends to book it for future and sure we gonna come back again because we all love it.

Mixed experience

Pros - stunning location - lovely house - generally very well appointed (although a king bed is desperate needed in the master bedroom at this level of accommodation) - paddle boards were an excellent inclusion Cons - there is very little privacy or sound buffering from the owners next door when you are outside - the owner’s children had an extremely loud party one afternoon/ night/ the next morning, swearing, yelling and singing drinking songs extremely loudly - this continued to some extent the next morning with loud belching, swearing and very loud conversation - we felt unable to go outside or to the water as they were so disgusting and were heckling passers by - the management company didn’t respond at all despite us ringing/ texting and emailing - the owners did eventually agree to an extra nights accommodation (which ended up not suiting our plans/ a refund for that night would have been more appropriate) but didn’t apologize despite being next door, which made us think that they weren’t overly concerned about the impact on our holiday and probably wouldn’t prevent it happening again to someone else - given that there are lots of rules about noise and visitors in terms of renting the property, we were fairly shocked that this happened Overall, a really lovely place to visit and we would book again if we could be guaranteed that there wouldn’t be any parties next door.

Great location

Great property location being right in front of the water, which is convenient for the kids. No effort required for them to have a good time. The only criticism is the house needs a printed house manual as there's lots of switches and remotes for fans, which is confusing. Also couldn't figure out how to use the grill in the oven.

Fantastic holiday house

We had a terrific time. The kids would wake up and play in the beach still in their pyjamas. Dinners on the back balcony under cover overlooking the water. Paddle boards are provided which were great fun, many hours spent on the water into the evening. The house had a great feel and could easily accommodate our two families (8 people).

Relaxing and beautiful

H3 was such a beautiful home. It was extremely clean, beds comfortable, and all kitchen appliances available. It was perfect being on the beach for our little ones with the sand and the still waters. Pelican feeding out the front of H3 was a hit for the kids. It was so peaceful looking out at the scenery and boats whilst sitting in the loungeroom or out at the outdoor dining area. It was beautifully decorated as well. We will return. Thank you.
