"The hotel is very nice, a lovely property. We stayed for 8 days instead of 10 as we had a massive mosquito problem that could not be solved properly by the hotel. I killed about 15-20 mosquitos every night and we left all windows closed to avoid new ones to come in. But every night was the same, we has no idea how they got in. Our babys and our son were covered with bites and looked like they were heavily sick. The hotel bought a standard stuff for the socket but that was so hyper-allergic and did only work semi-good that we raised the issue again and again. They said the call pest control but that never happend. We were forced to leave two days earlier as we want to keep more harm away from our kids and us. They told us a refund would not be possible due to the hotel rules and also dis not credit the tourist tax. Also the manager offered us a free dinner we has bed and breakfast and after two times we paid for the dinner we never used it again and the offer came afterwards so they also did not refund one dinner as promised as well. The employees were all nice but the food selection at dinner for a 5star hotel was not even close to that what you can expect amd this is why we eat outside nearly every day! I must say finally that such a way of dealing with clients like us is not the way I want to be treated. This is why I can‘t recommend this hotel"

"Durchschnittliches Hotel, die Verköstigung war äußerst mäßig; das Essen war mit schlechtem Öl gekocht und schmeckte mehr als dürftig, also eigentlich nicht."

"Von der Preisleistung war dies mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft auf meiner Reise. Zimmer sind zwar etwas altbacken, aber sauber. Und das Meeresrauschen direkt vom Balkon aus, benötigt keine weitere Beschreibung. Einzige Verbesserung von meiner Seite wäre ein Wasserkocher, sodass man selbst Tee oder Kaffee zubereiten kann. Das es kein Frühstück gibt, hat mich nicht gestört."

"Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Pier, wo die Fähren anlegen. Zu Fuß sind es weniger als 5 Minuten. Auch die Bushaltestelle ist gleich nebenan. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, unser Zimmer war sauber und modern. Die Dusche war zwar sehr klein, hat aber gut funktioniert. Die dazugehörige Taverne liegt direkt am Wasser. Auch hier ist man sehr freundlich und die Calamari waren die besten! Am Abend kann man zu Fuß ins Zentrum von Ägina gehen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und trotz weniger Sterne bekommt man alles, was man braucht."

"Ruhiges kleines Hotel. Zimmer sehr klein aber fürs Geld o.k."

"Die neuen Zimmer sind super - die alten etwas sehr „in die Jahre gekommen“. Leider brummt im Haupthaus 24/7 ein Generator o.ä. Wir hatten erst ein Zimmer dort, konnten bei dem Lärm aber nicht schlafen. Die Rezeption hat aber sehr unkompliziert einen Zimmerwechsel veranlasst. Sehr lieb und hilfsbereit!! Ansonsten ist das Resort eher französisch-sprachig. Wenn man Animation wünscht, sollte man französisch verstehen. Das Meer ist sehr klar und sauber. Jegliche Restauration ist direkt am Meer - ein absolutes Plus der Resorts! Das Essen ist OK - sehr große Auswahl an Salaten und auch bei den warmen Speisen findet sich eigentlich immer was. Die Getränke sind wie oft bei All Inclusive „Lokale Marken“. Wenn man etwas Besseres möchte, kann man es gegen Bezahlung bekommen. Gleiches gilt beim Kaffee."

"The apartment is very clean and comfortable, only the parquet floor is in a bad condition. The apartment is quiet, but for 4 days there are events by Ernst & Young every day until 2 a.m. On the last day there was a vintage car event with a repair shop for broken cars. It was difficult to sleep during the week. Unfortunately I didn't receive any information about the events before booking. Otherwise I'll go to another hotel. Check-in could be much better."

"Tolles Hotel! Die Lage ist sehr einfach von der Fähre aus (zu Fuß) zu erreichen. das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und bietet bequeme Strandliegen an. Das Essen hat uns hier am Besten gefallen, im Vergleich zu den naheliegenden Restaurants. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Von unserem Zimmer aus hatte wir einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. "
