The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible only by stairs, with no elevator, which is typical for historic buildings in the area. Inside, it features one bedroom that can be arranged either with a king-size bed or two single beds upon request, a bright living room with a sofa that converts into a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a stylish bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning is provided, along with Wi-Fi up to 24 Mbps for everyday use. Hot water is supplied by an electric boiler, and once activated, it typically needs around 15–20 minutes to heat the water. An espresso coffee machine is available, and although there is no balcony, the windows overlook a traditional kantouni, offering charming views of Old Town street life. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom waste bins and avoid disposing of any paper or objects in the toilet. Free street parking is available on nearby streets, and a public parking area is also within walking distance, as direct vehicle access is restricted due to the pedestrian Old Town location.
