The Space:
The main Villa of 134 m² was constructed with environmentally friendly standards and materials. Highlights of the services we offer are the two bedrooms, distinguished by COCO-MAT's sleeping systems, as well as furniture and linen. The equipment and decoration of indoor and outdoor spaces are characterized by green luxury and extraordinary comfort.

Elegant and comfortable, with an area of 20m2, the bungalow of Villa Casa Alta Mare, in Corfu, follows the same standards of luxury, functionality, comfort and elegance. It can accommodate 2 people and is an additional accommodation solution that increases not only the capacity but also the possibilities for visitors' autonomy.



Rate notes
Rate includes free wifi, VAT & all Taxes except for Stayover Tax.

Payment policy
Where you have only paid an Initial Deposit, you are required to send to the Property your payment for the Balance and you may be required to pay the Damage Deposit and/or Other Fees within a certain period prior to the arrival date specified in the email confirmation (the “Arrival Date”). If you fail to make the balance payment due to us to the Property in full and on time we shall be entitled to treat your Booking as cancelled by you and the Cancellation Policy (as defined below) shall apply.


The payment policy is:

25% initial deposit of the Total Booking Fee at the time of the Booking
75% balance will be paid 45 days prior to your Arrival Date
​In case of a last minute Booking, meaning less than 45 days prior to your Arrival Date, the Total Amount of the Booking is required.

Damage Deposit

A Damage Deposit of the amount of 500 EUROS will be required prior to arrival via a valid Credit Card to insure that in case of goods damaging of the Property and during your stay will be covered by you. We will not charge you credit card with any amount but will hold the amount due and release it (seven) 7 days upon your departure from the Property. In case of Goods Damaged we will inform you the amount of damage and the charging fee and proceed to charge the amount via the Damage Deposit Fee.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is not available for this rate.

If you need to cancel or amend your Booking you must write to us or email us as soon as possible. The link to your Booking page in the confirmation email will also enable you to submit a cancellation through the Website, however, you should contact us first before cancelling in this manner. A cancellation or amendment will not take effect until we receive confirmation from you. The cancellation policy described in your email confirmation (“Cancellation Policy”) applies to your Booking and the Property will refund any amounts due to you in accordance with the agreed Cancellation Policy. In the event of cancellation additional charge may occur due to bank transfer fees. The amount of fees varies according to the origin country of the guest. All extra charges are paid directly from the guest and will be deducted from the returning amount.

In the event that:
Any Balance required from you is not paid in accordance with the timeframes set out in the Cancellation Policy; or you do not arrive at the property within 24 hours of your arrival time without notifying us, then we shall be entitled to treat your Booking as being cancelled by you and the Cancellation Policy shall apply.

If we cancel or amend your Booking
We would not expect to have to make any changes to your Booking once it is agreed between you and us, but sometimes problems occur and we do have to make alterations or, very occasionally cancel Bookings. If this does happen, we will contact you as soon as is reasonably practical and inform you of the cancellation or the change to your Booking. If we cancel your Booking, the Property will refund you any fees you have already paid to us. However, we will not be liable to refund you for any fees you may have paid to any third party in connection with your holiday (including, without limitation, fees for travel, entertainment, activities or insurance).

Our Cancellation Policy is the following:

In case of cancellation at any time or in case of NO SHOW the Total Amount of the Booking Fee will be charged.

Infants are welcome to stay free of charge and children are charged as adults.
