The property is best suited to families, professionals and contractors working in Corby and the surrounding business parks. Strictly no parties or events permitted. A small local parade of shops including takeaways, a pub and barbers is just a short 5-minute walk away for everyday convenience.

For stays longer than 14 nights, mandatory fortnightly mid-stay cleaning applies at an additional charge, separate from the departure cleaning fee. These are charged at £130. Where a scheduled clean falls close to checkout, we may adjust the schedule or waive the final mid-stay clean at our discretion. For example, a 30-night stay normally requires one mid-stay clean plus the departure clean. Applicable mid-stay cleaning charges will be confirmed before booking and are payable separately at check-in.
