„ This is a wonderful B&B tucked away in the Northamptonshire village of Brigstock. We stayed in The Willow room for 2 nights. The room has a super comfy king size bed, with that home from home feeling. The roll top bath and walk in shower was a pleasant surprise! Sam was the most gracious host, her attention to detail, super breakfast choices, and cookie treats in our room. We will most definitely be back to Swallows Rest on our next UK visit, and have no hesitation in recommending a stay here.“

„Location & appearance stunning. Interior decoration was period and sympathetic for the age of the property. Staff were polite well dressed & at tentative to your needs. Spa was well appointed, only slight drawback was you need to get the lift up to the spa which unfortunately was out of order, so needed to walk the stairs to reach it. If you ask at the main hall bar/dinning area you can even have a small tour under the premises to the wine cellar & rooms. We look forward to visiting again.“

„Wir waren hier zur BTCC auf dem Rockingham Speedway. Dieser war recht fix (15 Min.) zu erreichen. Das Hotel liegt Nahe der Bundesstraße, aber es ist nicht laut. In Laufweite sind auch eine Tankstelle mit Supermarkt und ein ordentliches Restaurant. Das Hotel war sauber, das Personal britisch-freundlich und das Frühstück so reichhaltig, wie es die englische Küche hergibt. Fazit, empfehlenswert.“

„What a beautiful village and setting. The old white hart is a wonderful building, original features with tastefully done modern twists. Our double bath was more like a small pool, truly truly spacious. We loved it! “

„This small hotel was quite a find. My room was warm and comfortable, with good facilities. It has a small well-stocked bar. It is probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in.“
