"This house is so cute!! We stayed with our family and enjoyed the house so much. It was cold during our visit but I imagine in the warmer months it is even more fun with the waterfront and outdoor areas! You can tell the owners put a lot of hard work into making this a cozy retreat for themselves and guests 😊"

"The house was clean and pictures were accurate. Easy to check in. The kitchen had many tools, cooking utensils and pots and pans but there was no basic pantry items just fyi. Easy to solve with a trip to a grocery store. There is only a Keurig coffee maker but pods are provided. My only issue was that we were only given the two trash bags in the trash can. "We have family in Johnson City, and this was a perfect location for us!! We loved staying in this beautiful home. The owners have done an excellent job renovating and renovating with creativity!! Every decoration in this house was chosen with care. We had everything we needed, including hand soap and filtered water! Both much appreciated. Communication was great and very responsive to any needs we had, which weren’t many. Looking forward to our next stay!!"

"We were there for house hunting. Location was great for us. Everything was within a 5-10 minute drive. Home was neat and clean. Furnished fairly well for the size but there was no place for me to unpack. There were hangers in the closets but they were stuffed with extra pillows, blankets, etc. Host only communicated through the VRBO message board which made it a little difficult. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if needed."
