„The hotel was understaffed during breakfast. There was no coffee and the front desk agent was kind enough to help solve the problem. The room was comfortable and the kitchen area was a nice plus.“

„Sehr guter Service, schöne Zimmer, Frühstück okay.“

„Not good. I booked this room earlier this year when Univ of IA Homecoming dates were announced; rates are always raised, but this property seemed to be mid-price with above-average reviews. Disappointed at the state of this hotel, especially for the high rate they were charging. Desk and breakfast area staff were nice, but they seemed understaffed and ill-equipped to handle the Homecoming weekend crowd. There were lines of ppl trying to check in and out at the front desk. Floors and carpets ...

„A newer TV would be a nice addition. Other than that, this hotel is exactly what you would expect at this price.“

„Günstiges Hotel. Gute Verkehsanbindung.“

„Ein sehr schönes Courtyard. Sehr modern und sauber. Die Dame im Bistro hat leider nicht so gut „funktioniert“ und ich finde es sehr gefährlich, wenn man Gluten-Free und vegetarisch bestellt und dann normales Toastbrot und Bacon bekommt. “
