„The air conditioner was old and made a lot of noise but still worked. The blanket and sheets had stains but were clean but still bothered me. The pillows were flat but luckily, I brought my own. We only stayed for one night so we could see my daughter graduate from college. The beds were comfortable and worked for the night. For the price it wasn't bad.“

„Rooms were nice, pool and hot tub, indoor, was terrific(little chilly) but was enjoyed by my whole family. In town for a graduation, they even had a photo op spot! Staff was lovely. Tinos pizza(very good) was delivered to our large group snd h they didn’t mind us taking over the lobby! “

„Everything was more tha. satisfactory. The room was clean the staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The area was very well maintained. Would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion would be the television service. The television worked however, there was no guide or anyway to know which channels were available. For example I put in what was supposed to be HBO and it was as in fact BET. Every channel was incorrect. “

„This B&B was one of the highlights of our trip to Cooperstown. Not only was the historical building gorgeous and beautifully (painstakingly!) restored, but the entire staff was warm and welcoming. The breakfast was DELICIOUS (thanks, Chef!), the in room amenities were top quality, and the room itself was cozy and quiet. It’s walkable to the Baseball HOF and other Main Street attractions. We cannot wait to come back! Highly recommend! “
