Our home is perfect for larger groups and Cooperstown Dream House is a recently remodeled 3500+ sq. ft, 5 Bedroom/3.5 Bath home located under 2 miles from Cooperstown Dreams Park and under 4 Miles from the Baseball Hall of Fame/Downtown Cooperstown. In addition, we are conveniently located less than a mile from the local grocery store shopping plaza so everything you need for a memorable vacation is nearby.

Great Dreams Park Location

We had a wonderful stay! The proximity to the Dreams Park and downtown was perfect for dining out, going home between games, etc. The pool and hot tub provided activities for family not playing baseball! Thanks again for a great trip!

Such beautiful accomodations. Lots of room, close and convenient to Dreams Park. The pool was great for the younger ones we had with us and the parents enjoyed the hot tub. The beds were so comfortable we actually tried seeing if we could find the tags on the bedding to order it for home. Lol! Would highly recommend and definitely stay again. Thank you.

Great House Close to Dreams Park

This house was perfect for our families and the location to Dreams park was ideal. We stayed here with 5 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of space. The pool and hot tub were also great features. We wished the weather had been a little nicer so we could have utilized them more. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/glasses/utensils. Also, good location to many local restaurants and breweries. Owner was easy to work with and very responsive to messages. The welcome “hub” in the kitchen was also a great feature that had all the info about the house that we needed. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend to other groups.

Great place for a reunion!

We had a great time staying at the house. It wasn't too far from downtown and it was nice to be in a quiet area. The layout of the bedrooms is perfect for multiple families coming together. This house can accommodate a lot of people and not feel on top of each other! My only suggestion would be to have a better equipped kitchen. It was hard to cook big meals with the types of pots and pans provided. There also were no condiments and only a small bottle of olive oil. Be sure to buy or bring your own if you plan to cook! All in all I recommend this as a fantastic spot!

Exceptional Rental

Spacious , bright , ultra clean rooms throughout. Great gathering spaces for our multi-generational family of 10 - with plenty of room to spread out for quieter times. Very well stocked with paper products, toiletries, linens, towels etc. Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend.

The house and yard are very spacious. The location was perfect for visiting The Baseball Hall of Fame. It was very close to the town with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, Spacious Home, Ideal Location, Tons of Amenities!

To say that this rental exceeded our expectations is an understatement. The location was ideal as it was located on a large lot and on a quiet street. It is surrounded by beautiful rolling hills and farmland, yet it is only a few miles from Cooperstown and Dreams Park. In addition, there were two grocery stores within a couple miles. It was the perfect mix of seclusion and convenience. The home was spacious, clean and very well furnished. We absolutely loved the oversized dining room table and it was ideal for our large family Dinner and board games in the Evening. The rooms were spacious and the Bedroom over the garage was enormous. Our kids enjoyed picking out their bedrooms and beds, they had so many choices. In addition, the amenities both inside and outside were outstanding. We enjoyed our family time playing foosball, Ping Pong and Shuffleboard and the kids always had something to do. Saturday was warm and we relaxed in the outdoor Gazebo while watching our children play in the pool. When Evening approached and the temperatures dropped, the hot tub gazebo was an absolutely perfect escape. We will definitely be back and we are considering booking for Christmas as this house can accommodate our family, my Sister’s Family and the Grandparents as well. Thank you for an amazing stay!
