„It was perfect for our trip! “

„We went for Miami Open Tennis Finals and the place was about a 25 min walk to the event. The host was very responsive and the place was nice, clean and comfortable. There were 3 of us. The only suggestion which I already shared with host is to make sure that the security deposit amount is clearly listed. My security deposit ended up being more than my total stay for 3 nights so I essentially got charged double before staying. Aside from the lack of clarity of steep deposit during initial booking ...

„Very clean and updated. For the money ot was phenomenal. Comfy beds and plenty of room. My only drawback was no ceiling fans. The owner was easy to message and responds quickly. We have 14 people going on a cruise out of miami , while its close to the port , traffic in miami is always a mess. About 19 mins to the port turned into almost hr ride. Id definitely stay there again. “

„Beds were very comfortable but we would have loved a King sized bed in the master. Also there needs to be a mirror in the master since there is only one bathroom. Maybe offer more coffee pods for the Keurig. I liked that there is a gas station within walking distance. That is convenient.“

„Cute house in a convenient location. I love the backyard, surrounded by trees and birds, including peacocks in the neighborhood! The fully fenced backyard was incredibly convenient for our dogs. I was pleasantly surprised when they had no issues going to the restroom on the AstroTurf - there is no real grass in the yard. The backyard is inviting and relaxing. „Dirty air conditioner..no sink in kitchen..no soap in soap dispenser in shower..no outside lights (finally fixed 3 days later) room has a bad odour. Dust on bathroom cabinet..theae things could have all been checked prior of my arrival. Definitely would not recommend this place.what really upsets me the most is the filthy air conditioning “
