„Trains, River, and Mountain view with enough room for a five-person family, and updated cold air conditioning and kitchen. The location is nice for deploying by car across the New River Gorge region. In West Virginia fashion, expect 3-7 coal trains a night at the nearby double crossing. Their horns can be startling if you’re a light sleeper. Our kids didn’t mind at all and loved the trains. Even the Amtrak Cardinal line runs through 3x a week at 10:30 am. „This is a wonderful property. While rustic it is immaculately clean and has a fabulous kitchen. The entertainment area in the loft is perfect. The back porch view of the river is amazing. The hosts are responsive. I can’t wait to return“
