„This property is exactly as described. In town to clear out my son’s dorm for the summer. The garage was clean with plenty of room for a car and his dorm stuff. Our dog enjoyed the back yard and surrounding area as well. House is clean and comfortable. We had a great stay.“

„This was a fantastic rental that fulfilled our needs. A friend and I needed a place to rent for a weekend near Cookeville, and these accommodations were perfect. The place accommodated us, but it would also work very well for a couple or a small family. This place was above and beyond anything we would expect from a hotel, and we hope to use it again. Algood and Cookeville proper are just a few minutes' drive away, but it was very quiet and peaceful. “
