„In need of complete renovation carpets were stained, kitchen floor tiles were very cracked and a hazard, top oven not working and cooker rusty utensils and kitchen pans were in need of cleaning. Curtains were mouldy with black mould. Overall very disappointing.“

„Three of us had a wonderful long weekend spent lounging in front of the large window over looking the estuary and exploring the surrounding area on foot--the coastal path just around the corner offers wonderful strolls to Llandudno and Conwy. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking dinners after we returned from exploring and the bedrooms and bathrooms were cozy, clean, and quiet. “

„Unfortunately we didn't meet the host but we were very impressed by the amount of thought that he/she has put in to make it a very welcome apartment for summer visitors. Just about every possible requirement has been catered for, and with very good quality furnishings, facilities & fittings. Thank you. Could do with a coat rack in the hall, but that's a minor niggle. It is a very spacious apartment, lovely for summer holidays but not so easy to heat in winter.“

„Lovely property with smart fixtures and fittings. Plenty of kitchen utensils and equipment. Good size bathroom but only one toilet. Quiet when we were there but one of the bedrooms had a window close to the games rooms so might be noisy early on (also staff congregate there first thing but no big deal). Really enjoyed our stay in a great spots room “

„An absolute gem in a fantastic medieval town. This was our second time in Conwy, but with teen children now, and the cottage was perfect. Lots of spaces to spread out and have a little personal time in the middle of a long trip, excellent bedrooms and bathroom, a beautiful kitchen with all the amenities, and even a washing machine for clothes. The back patio against the old medieval wall was a special evening treat for drinks and relaxing, and we got to watch a mother pigeon protect her chicks ...

„Toaster did not work properly toilet upstairs did not flush properly could not use freezer as full of food and frost got in touch with host next day was told it would be rectified nothing was done about it. Stairs very steep not for anybody with mobility issues. Would not stay there again.“
