Every part of the renter experience has been thoughtfully put in place to make sure you have an unforgettable experience during your stay. Enjoy relaxing time in the hot tub while overlooking one of the areas most photographed covered bridges, or eat at night in the dinning room while overlooking it all it up for the perfect dinner setting. Watch a movie in the cinema room basement or play pool while listening to some vinyl records. Go tubing in the river - only a short walk away. Play tennis and basketball at the community courts just a 5min walk away or relax on the banks of the Saco or Swift River.

Guests have full access to the entire house, finished basement, back yard, garage and patio. There is enough space to park up to 4 cars on the drive.

This is a professionally run rental unit, which means there is a local team that are there for you whenever you need them, giving you additional peace-of-mind during your stay. Need a local recommendation? A massage? Ski tickets? Just give us a call. If something isn`t working in the house then we also have a team on standby to make sure you don`t have to wait long until it is corrected so you can continue relaxing.

Perfectly situated to access everything the White Mountains has to offer, just moment away from the Saco River and two of the most gorgeous covered bridges in the valley. A 2min drive to the start of the famous Kancamagus Highway, a 5min drive to North Conway Village, and 10min from Fryeburg means you are truly in the middle of it all!

There is ample parking on the driveway for up to 4 cars.

Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.
The fire pit is available for use when there is no snow on the ground. Firewood is provided for the fire pit from May 1st through October.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.

The hot tub is professionally maintained and is treated and tested before and after each reservation.

The top bunk is for children only.
Strict quiet times between 10pm and 8am.
Renters are responsible for cleaning the grill after use.
Parking on the driveway for a maximum of 4 cars only.
You need to be 25 or older to book this property.
