We loved that it was on the water and it was easy access into the water that it came with a dock so, it was easy to dock our 2 jet skiis and the boat launch was 7 minutes away from the house. It felt very peaceful and relaxing on the dock. We never left the dock all day on our first day there. „We stayed at this house for approximately 9 weeks or so while our house was being repaired for water damage. It suited all our needs. (The main one being we were without kitchen at our house so it was nice to be able to cook!) The one downside is the driveway - getting out of the driveway each morning was a little dicey due to the location and cars coming around the curve.
