The first floor has an open concept with the family room, dining area, and kitchen, so everyone can enjoy their time together whether relaxing on one of the comfortable couches, or eating at the kitchen island. The upstairs has a unique layout reminiscent of the early 1900’s cottages popular in Conneaut. With three bedrooms all in line with one another. Plenty of room for everyone to get a good night’s rest. There is an additional living room in the basement, with a sectional and 50” TV, perfect for hanging out, or letting the kids hook up their video game consoles. There are two full bathrooms, one located on the main floor, and one in the basement. Both completely updated, and stocked with the essentials. Can’t have a trip to Conneaut without utilizing the outdoors. With an open backyard, pea gravel patio, and large fire pit, there is plenty to keep yourself outdoor.
