„After mentioning an issue with the room first allocated to us upon check-in, we were directed to another room, it was excellent… very spacious, view of the river, very clean and lovely bathroom. We had an excellent night sleep in a huge king size bed, it was lovely and quiet especially after closing time. Looking back at what time we checked in, we could’ve timed it better because it was in the middle of food service in the restaurant and it was very busy, so there was a bit of a wait to check ...

„The property was lovely, and nicely tucked away near the city centre and overlooking the tramway. The problem with this, though no fault of the owner, was that when an alarm sounded in a building some 100 yards away, it kept us up all night, even with all windows shut. However, the restaurant next door was lovely and ideally placed. The room itself was very clean and had a relaxed feel to it. “
