Hotels Concord

„Es ist das beste Hotel in Heber Springs, es ist ein amerikanisches Hotel von dem man halt nicht viel erwarten kann “

„The room was pretty simple but clean and the AC was cold. We appreciated that the room also had a small refrigerator. The breakfast was just okay. For the price, it was a great stay.“

„Very kind service “

„Great service, loved the attendant at the front desk“

„A great place to stay.“

„Staff members were very nice Clean room“

„Excellent“

„The key card wouldn’t open the door unless you lifted up the door handle and gave the door a push with your body weight. Slow draining sink, toilet had to jiggle the handle to get water to stop running. Water was hot with good pressure. Facility needs a complete remodel. Staff was friendly and helpful.“

„For a older hotel it was very comfortable clean and enjoyed my stay there“

The room we stayed in was spacious and impeccably clean. The beds were very comfortable. The AC worked great. And there was plenty of hot water for 3 of us to take showers back to back to back. The towels were large and plush. The lady at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. The Klassic Inn was everything we wanted ...

„After checking in I parked and noticed cigarette butts in front of the doorway, maybe 7-10. I got in the room and pulled the comforter back to sit on the bed and immediately noticed that the sheets had not been changed. I pulled the top sheet back and there was a drop of bright red blood on the bottom sheet. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and there was no hand soap and there was an unknown spot on the hand towel. I went to the check in window which said “no refunds” and a woman came to ...

„Lovely, private, clean, relaxing! Will definitely be heading back with the family!“
