Concan Springs features three charming cabins, each available for individual rental or as a full-property getaway. Whether you’re planning a cozy couple’s weekend or a group adventure, you can rent one, two, or all three cabins to suit your needs.
Enjoy a shared pool, your own designated parking space, fire pits, yard games, and spacious outdoor seating—perfect for relaxing under the stars. It’s an ideal setup for families or groups who want to stay close but still enjoy their own space and privacy.

Each cabin features its own private horseshoe pit — bring your own horseshoes or borrow a set from the office.
Just imagine the friendly tournament you could host with three separate pits if you rented all three homes!

PET FEES: This rental requires a pet fee of $25/day for each pet. All pets must be kept in a kennel when left behind at the property and leashed when outside. Pet fee will be collected after booking confirmation. (1 Small Dog)

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

WHAT TO BRING
LINENS - Bring linens and pillowcases for 2 Queen, 2 full beds.
TOWELS - Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels
CHAIRS - Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS - Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plasticware
SOAPS - Hand soap, bathing soap, dish washing soap, dishwasher soap, and clothes washing soap
BBQ - There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches

NOT ALLOWED

- No Electric Golf Carts
