"Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, alles war sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das reichhaltige und sehr gute Frühstück – große Auswahl und alles frisch. Auch das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell, was den Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm gemacht hat. Ein Punkt war jedoch enttäuschend: Beim Check-out wurde plötzlich ein Aufpreis für die Kinder bzw. das Frühstück angesprochen, obwohl beim Check-in nichts erwähnt wurde und dies für uns nicht klar ersichtlich war. Am Ende wurde es zwar geklärt, aber solche Themen sollten transparent und frühzeitig kommuniziert werden. Trotzdem ein sehr schönes Hotel, das wir grundsätzlich weiterempfehlen können."
