„The only thing is we had a dinner in restaurant but the potatoes were stone cold mashed potatoes n my fruit cheese tray had like 3 berries n a couple of apricots n 4 pieces of cheese....18.00 was little bit much. We always stay here n will continue but will go to bar n get apps instead !“

„Mein Zimmer war zwar im 4. Stock, aber es war laut, da sich draussen die Klimaanlage befand für das Hotel befand. Nur mit Ohrstöpsel war es auszuhalten. Der Teppich war alt und hatte schon einige Flecken. Das Personal war freundlich.“

„Wir sind abends in Portland gelandet und haben uns dieses Hotel ausgesucht weil es nah am Flughafen ist und wir nach einen 11 Stunden Flug nicht mehr weit fahren wollten. Da wir zu dritt waren haben wir ein Zimmer mit einem Queen und einem Sofabed gebucht. Dieses haben wir auch bekommen allerdings war das Sofabed für Unsere Tochter noch nicht gemacht. An der Rezeption bekamen wir dann die Auskunft das Decken und Larken im Schrank liegen und wir das Bett ja selbst beziehen können. Genau das was ...

„Blitzblank sauberes Zimmer, sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Leider das lauteste Zimmer, in dem ich je übernachtet habe - ich konnte die startenden und landenden Flugzeuge so deutlich hören, als hätte ich am Rollfeld übernachtet. Freundliches, sehr hilfsbereites Personal.“

„Airport shuttle was slow. We mentioned that the jacuzzi was cold the day we arrived. When we left the next morning at 10, it was still cold. They said they didn't have time to change the filter. Went down for breakfast three times and each time found there were no plates or silverware and coffee carafes were empty. They said they had to wash them by hand and brought them out 4 clean plates at a time and then we had to wait again for the food that had run out. I'm not making this up or ...

„Zimmer hat extrem nach Rauch gestunken. Toilette hat ekelhaft gerochen und das Klo war schmutzig. Bettbezüge haben unangenehm gerochen. Lampen haben hauptsächlich nicht funktioniert. Extremer Lärm von draußen. Nachtruhe wurde nicht eingehalten durch Lärm von den benachbarten Zimmern, laute Motorengeräusche, plötzliches mehrmaliges Klopfen an der Haustür mitten in der Nacht, sowie das Klingeln des Zimmertelefons um 5 Uhr morgens. Ausserdem hat der Rezeptionist mit unserem Empfang über 25 Minuten ...

„The pots and pans were a disaster. The stove was absolutely dirty. The dishes were one knife and one fork for two people, and there were no coffee cups. Two cupboard drawers were unusable, there was no toilet brush, and the front door was 2 cm wide. The fuse blew when the stove and microwave were used. The stairwell had an unpleasant smell. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this house.“
