As a human being going through one of the hardest times of our lives after a fire I felt so mistreated by the general manager who literally struggles to do her job and makes things harder for a customer like not being able to put my card in for incidentals and having to take 30 dollars in lyfts just to get a prepaid card only for that not working but the staff member just starting was able to do so in 30 seconds
We were not allowed to renew which all staff felt it was absolutely unfair and ridiculous we had no where to go and with our resources used we had to wait for a ride coming from out of town the staff welcomed us to sit in the lobby as it was below 20 degrees and a blizzard type conditions the general manager made it her business to call and make us wait in the sliding front doors then she personally came and made us leave with small minor children in that less then 20 degrees weather I have stayed at candle wood and never ever had my experience been this way and after careful review reading the reviews and the reply s back they need to have a new manager in place this place will not keep business with her manors alone not to mention the cost and area they are in. Also no breakfast for weekend stays not a safe area lots of drug use in this area and the fence feels like a prison the room was left clean and I have yet to receive my deposit they also charged for an exempt service dog and refused my papers I have been told to contact a lawyer in the mistreatment alone.
