Keeneland Place is a brand-new community in Grove City — about 15 minutes southwest of downtown Columbus with quick access to I-270 and I-71.

Grove City has a surprisingly strong food and drink scene. Grove City Brewing Co. and Plum Run Winery share a building in the historic town center. Plank's on Broadway is a local institution. Cimi's Bistro at Pinnacle overlooks a golf course. Transcend Coffee + Roastery and Pick Em Up Joe handle the caffeine. Local Cantina, 3 Brothers Diner, and Siam Hibachi round out the options.

If you like getting outdoors, Scioto Grove Metro Park has 7+ miles of trails and a suspension bridge over Grant Run Creek. Battelle Darby Creek Metro Park — the largest metro park in Ohio at 7,000+ acres — is a short drive, with prairies, wetlands, and even bison.

Grocery stores (Kroger, Giant Eagle), Target, and pharmacies are all within 5 minutes. Downtown Columbus, the Short North, and Ohio State are 15 minutes north.

Walk through the front door — no stairs, no elevator, no hallways — into a bright, open-concept apartment in one of Grove City's newest communities. The first thing you'll notice through the patio doors is the courtyard view. It's a calm, natural backdrop that makes the apartment feel more like a retreat than a rental.

The kitchen has full-size appliances, plenty of cookware and utensils, and seating at both the dining table and the counter. There's a coffee station with a drip machine, Keurig, and French press — however you start your morning, you're covered. A full-size washer and dryer are in the unit with a starter supply of detergent.

The master bedroom has a king-size WinkBed mattress dressed in Frette linens and a high-end goose down comforter, a walk-in closet, a dresser, and its own ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen WinkBed with the same luxury bedding, a full closet, and a dresser. The second full bathroom is in the hallway. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains for uninterrupted sleep.

Both bathrooms come stocked with fresh towels and a starter set of Asprey toiletries — the same brand you'd find at a luxury hotel.
