Welcome to Oakwood Quarters
-Spacious home, modern vibe, meticulously designed to encourage a special environment for each guest.
-All of your needs for cooking, and living, including a "got your back" bin, located in each full bathroom for any essentials that you may have forgotten.
-Dining space is sprawling, perfect for large meals, and leads directly into the bright, large and fully equipped kitchen, with an island for gathering.
-Large pantry for an extended stay, add your favorite foods there! Kids plate ware, cups, cutlery and a booster seat are also located in the kitchen.
-Living room includes a sleeper queen sofa with all needed linens located in the entry closet.
-When you reach the second floor you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 host king beds, one hosts a trundle bed with 2 twin beds. All backup linens are located in the full closet. There is also a desk in this room.
-All bedrooms equipped with large tv's and complimentary Netflix.
-All rooms have charging stations for all devices. The 2nd floor bath has towels, toiletries, a spa station, and additional needs for all guests.
-The hallway to the third floor is where you will find a pleasant laundry room with all necessary items to do your laundry, as well as a sewing kit and first aid kit.
-The 3rd floor, you will find a coffee bar with all of the items needed for a hot cup of coffee in the am, as well as a beer and wine fridge, for a chilled evening cocktail.
-The third floor has a King bed, a desk that seats 2, and a sofa that folds out to a full bed. Located in the closet is a pack-and-play. All additional linens are located in the full closet located next to the full bathroom with amenities for all third floor guests.
-Enjoy the fully fenced in and beautifully landscaped backyard. Parking in back behind the fully fenced in yard can park up to 6 cars. The front entrance also has a sitting area and plenty of on-street parking.
You can access Oakwood Quarters through the safe and secure Yale security locks located on the front and back doors. The code will be sent to you before check-in. The home is not baby-proofed however families with children of all ages are welcome.
Southern Orchards is an up and coming area. Please keep in mind that you are close to everything Downtown Columbus has to offer, as well as easy access to all interstates to get you to the suburbs.
House Rules:
NO Parties - This is a residential property, parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited. To ensure this rule, we do have EXTERIOR cameras/noise detectors. IF the NO party rule is violated there will be a charge of $500.
NO Smoking - The NO smoking rule includes, cigarettes, vaping, marijuana. If a violation of this rule occurs a fee of $200 will be charged.
Please respect our neighbors, keep quiet from 9pm - 7am to ensure a peaceful community for all.
Wifi: Oakwood Quarters is equipped with complimentary high-speed internet. The network name and password will be sent to you prior to arrival and will be located in the house manual located at the front door, as well as multiple locations throughout the house.
Surveillance: There are exterior surveillance cameras located in the front and exterior of the home for your safety. There are flood lights in the rear for safety.
Pet Policy: We LOVE pets, we also love the furniture and original hardwood floors in this beautiful home. There is an initial pet stay fee of $125. For any incidents that occur, for example, woodwork damage, carpet ruined, furniture destroyed, etc. there will be a $200 charge per incident.
Human Kindness: When designing the OQ we thought of every amenity we would like during a visit. With that being said please only use what you need from all items such as the "got your back" bin, laundry detergent, sewing kit, kitchen and cleaning supplies and more. Spread the kindness!
