There is a spacious living room, kitchen, dining room, and a large basement with family room that includes an air hockey table. There are 3 different desks in the house for remote working. The new lanai over the back patio has lighting and ceiling fans, Bluetooth speakers, and a cornhole set for entertainment. The backyard is fully fenced-in and perfect for your family gatherings or just relaxing. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group.

This very comfortable 3bdr/2.5ba home is walking distance to Donner Park and a very short drive to downtown Columbus and the new NexusPark Sport and Recreation Facility. It is 2850 sq ft. bursting with warmth and comfort. A spacious living room and kitchen with dining room, a large basement with family room that includes an air hockey table. There are 3 different desks in the house for remote working. This home features a private backyard with plenty of fenced in space, perfect for your family gatherings or just relaxing. Home is only minutes from downtown Columbus. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group.

COMMON AREAS: Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area, living room, family room, laundry room (with laundry chute), redone backyard with privacy fence, hair dryer, and vacuum cleaner are also available.
PARKING: Driveway can accommodate 2-3 vehicles plus street parking.
ENTERTAINMENT: 65` HDTV in family room with Smart TV (cable TV provided with YouTubeTV). 58" HDTV in living room with Smart TV. Streaming apps available, please bring your own passwords. Air hockey table in family room Cornhole Disc golf and pickleball (courts at Donner Park)

PETS: Please let us know if you have pets as dogs only (max of 2) are welcome to stay here. There is a per pet fee of $10 per day (plus tax). We do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e. dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we are able to inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.
*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a startup supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days, you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your party as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near Brown County State Park, Lake Monroe reservoir, and other local attractions. If you are going to be travelling around southern Indiana while in the area don't forget to visit some other well known attractions such as the French Lick Scenic Railway, West Baden Springs Hotel, Marengo Cave, and Clifty Falls Park in Madison.

Getting Around: We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. However, there is public transportation in Columbus and the bus does stop at the stop sign just in front of the home. Feel free to ask about distances, and we can let you know average drive times.

We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. Excessive amounts of garbage and extra messiness may require an additional cleaning charge for our cleaning team.
