Located in the heart of the Short North, the Village Carriage House offers a peaceful residential setting just a short walk from High Street`s restaurants, shops, and nightlife.

This 1-bedroom carriage house is located above the garage and offers approximately 1,000 square feet of private living space.

The bedroom features a queen bed, and the living room includes a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, making the home a great option for couples, small groups, or families.

Guests have access to the entire carriage house. The carriage house is accessed by stairs. Once inside, there are no additional stairs within the home.

One designated parking space is provided in the paved parking lot to the side/east of the garage.

Do not park in the driveway, gravel lot directly behind the carriage house, or in front of the garage. Parking for additional vehicles is not guaranteed, so we recommend planning ahead if you are traveling with more than one car.

High Street is approximately one block away, offering easy access to Short North restaurants, bars, shops, and nightlife. Uber and Lyft are convenient options, and local bus routes are also available nearby.

All guests must be included in the reservation. Any additional guests must be approved by the host prior to check-in.

No parties or loud/obnoxious behavior are permitted. Failure to follow house rules may result in removal from the property without a refund.
No Smoking or Vaping
For everyone’s comfort, please refrain from smoking or vaping inside the suite. A $500 deep cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated.

Guests & Occupancy
Please do not exceed the number of guests listed on your reservation.

Pets
We love being able to host your pets! Please help us maintain cleanliness during and after your stay — if additional cleaning is required, an extra cleaning fee may apply.

Cleaning
If extra cleaning is needed beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee of $100 per hour may apply.

Weather & Power Outages
We’re unable to provide refunds for weather events or power outages. Travel insurance is recommended to help protect your plans.

Weapons
For the safety and comfort of all guests, weapons or firearms are not permitted on the property. Anyone found carrying weapons will be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund.

No Parties or Events
Please, no parties or large gatherings. A $2,500 fine may apply if this rule is broken.
