After having stayed here before, I was looking forward to staying here again. Clearly, the change in ownership has meant an unfortunate change in standards.
I did not anticipate dirty windows on the inside of the panes, a hole in the bottom sheet, a very worn and uncomfortable chair, no extra blanket in the cold room, a desk chair that was almost impossible to move, very dim lighting limiting the ability to read, necessary information in an unlabeled book on the desk, info in that book suggested contacting a member of the staff if you needed anything — but absolutely nothing to explain how to even get ahold of a staff member. The one bright spot was a text asking me about when I would be leaving and having breakfast items ready for me early.
Despite the convenience of the location, I will not stay here again.
