Summary:
Our charming flat is located in the heart of Columbus between Downtown and Ohio State Campus - situated two streets east of High St and E 5th.

The Space:
Our charming 1 bedroom flat allows for the perfect space to enjoy the city, unwind from work travel, or any other occasion. There is a queen bed and large deskspace in the main bedroom with an additional pull out couch in the living room to fit up to 4 guests. Enjoy the original hardwood floors and comfortable living room. High-speed WIFI and a 50" Vizio Smart TV - login to your favorite streaming services Netflix, Hulu, HBO etc. or use some of the free tv apps. (NO CABLE). The kitchen is fully stocked with dining needs for four, cooking essentials (pots, pans, spatulas, knives, etc), electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Enjoy a fresh pot of coffee from our coffee pot and grounds. Free in-unit laundry is provided with detergent and dryer sheets. The flat is secured by electronic keypad that is accessible 24hrs of the day. Parking is available directly outside of the unit on the street and is $3/24hr/car for a guest pass(long term stays only), 3hr free parking is also located on the corner from 9am-4pm, 6pm-10pm for shorter stays.

Guest Access:
You will type "1181 Say Ave #1 Columbus, Ohio 43201" in your GPS but it will bring you to the front of the tan condo with the red door. If you're looking at the parking lot, the 1181 Say Ave #1 is on the left of the parking lot with the red door on the first level. To access the unit, walk the red door labeled #1 with the electronic deadbolt on it.

The Neighborhood:
A 5 min walk to the best bars, restaurants, and shops in the city!

Getting Around:
Most, if not all, desirable locations is within walking distance. Guests can also take the bus, or take short trips with ride services such as Uber and Lyft.

Other Things to Note:
There is paid parking available on the street directly next to the complex. There is no parking spaces available in the lot attached to the property.

Please DO NOT park in any of the parking spaces connected to the unit. The only available parking is located on the street directly next to the unit.

For longer stays (2+nights) You can also purchase a daily parking pass for $3 (paid directly through ParkColumbus app) that allows you to park in the “SNB” permit zone which is directly outside of the Airbnb.

Metered parking available on N High St. or 3hr free parking is also located on the corner from 9am-4pm, 6pm-10pm.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund is applied for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. NO refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
