„check in was 4:00 but place wasn't ready until 7:20pm. Dishwasher had dishes in it that weren't cleaned properly, laundry detergent bottle was empty, bathroom lights flickered, bathroom fan didn't work, shower heads sprayed water all over the place. Location was great, beds were comfortable, pool table in the suite was fun, apartment was roomy and underground parking was excellent. “

„We loved the proximity to the ski hill, and the hot pools. The suite is clean and very comfortable. The parking around the building however needs attention, it can be very inconvenient, the underground parking was full and we struggled to find a reasonable location to park out vehicle. One suggestion to the building management would be to assign one parking stall per unit (including underground plus parking out front if need be) instead of a first-come-first-served arrangement.“
