Kitchen is fully equipted with everything you need right down to a meat thermometer. Matching Henckels knife block, Kitchenaide mixer with bowl, non stick bakeware, crock pot, microwave, Keurig and regualr coffee maker. Enjoy the assortment of coffee and creamers. Enjoy cooking w/gas stove with Wolfgang Puck pots and pans, fondue pot, blender, bread maker. Everything you need to feed your family is here! Freestanding bldg in downtown Columbia in quiet residential area. Walk to Publix/ other shopping or USC football games. Approx 1 mile to all Devine St shopping and dining. Bedroom has large screen TV, queen bed woth closet and dreeser for storage. Extra linens, pillows and blankets are in the closet. Two full size futons in living room that fold out sleep on. Also is one leather love seat.

We have one additional apartment downstairs if this one is booked. It is Masters, Pebble Beach and Harbor Town themed with a King bed, full size pull out Serta sleeper sofa. One recent review from a guest that stayed last week;

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this -------- while I was in South Carolina for a week of state training! The host was incredible and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. He even offered and honored a veteran’s discount, which truly meant so much to me as a veteran.

When I arrived, I immediately felt welcomed. The AC was already set to the temperature I had requested, the TV was on, and a light had been left on for me. Those thoughtful touches after a long day of travel meant a lot and made the place feel warm and inviting right away.

The neighborhood was peaceful, serene, and so quiet. The surrounding homes were beautifully maintained, which made the entire area feel safe and relaxing.

I also forgot my toiletry bag, but thankfully the host had plenty of toiletry items and other thoughtful essentials available. It really felt like a home away from home!

One of my favorite parts was the cute bistro table and chairs outside. Each evening after my training, I loved sitting out there to relax and enjoy dinner. It was the perfect way to unwind after a long day.

Another thing I really appreciated was the bright streetlight nearby, which added an extra sense of safety and security during my stay.

I truly can’t say enough great things about this experience. The host was fantastic, thoughtful, and accommodating in every way. It’s easy to see why he’s a Superhost, and I would absolutely stay here again! ⭐
