„Any equine fan has to stay at The Thoroughbred Hotel. It is beautiful inside and the rooms are fantastic. Everything is super clean, completely modern with an elegant style that is so appropriate for southern hospitality in horse country. The staff were professional, friendly and went out of their way to make sure the stay was enjoyable.“

„I was there Thursday through Sunday. Room was clean, front desk very friendly, but breakfast was not monitored very well. Hot items not refilled, one morning not any fresh fruit, twice no hot water for tea and three out of four coffees were empty. No one wiping down tables. You had to actively look for help, no one was ever coming out and checking surroundings“

„The room was clean, the staff were great, and the bed was comfortable. My wife and I especially LIKED the blackout blinds as we like sleeping in a dark room. We had one minor issue, reported it and it was fixed right away. We will definitely look to stay at this hotel on future trips. An added benefit, Georgetown was a great town to stay in!“

„Das Personal war sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool war eine absolute Katastrophe, wie dreckig und rostig. Das Hotel entsprach keinem Hilton Hampton. Das Zimmer war dreckig und die Jalousie war durchlöchert und mit Klebeband repariert. Das Frühstück war auch nicht so gut, vieles war alle. “
