„As soon as I opened the door to my room a strong urine smell hit me. Even with an open window the smell did not go away. The pictures indicated a sink in the room which was not there. The bathrooms were okay and the staff was friendly but very short with explaining the hotel and surroundings. The price of course was cheap but for me not worth it and I would not stay there again.“

„Very clean. The staff were excellent. Room service food was delicious and delivered piping hot and quickly. Facility is aged and needs some basic maintenance, there was a tear in the carpet which was a trip hazard. The beds were comfortable and the air con worked beautifully. Overall I would recommend staying here for the cleanliness and comfort. “

„Zuerst wurde uns ein winziges Zimmer ohne Fenster angeboten. Mobiliar 40 Jahre alt und total abgewohnt. Nach Reklamation Umzug in riesiges Zimmer mit Pseudobarocker plüschiger Einrichtung. Irgendwie nostalgisch wie aus einer anderen Zeit. Riesiges Bad mit Jakuzzi. Blick auf Bretterzaun. Dadurch dunkel und ungemütlich. Akzeptabel sind eigentlich nur die Familienzimmer zum grünen Innenhof oder nach außen zur Wiese hin. Die eigentümer versuchen das Beste aus dem 35 Jahre alten Bau rauszuholen. Für ...

„Schlechtes Wifi“

„Der erste eindruck war sehr positiv. Wenn auch die Hilfe betr. Ausflügen am Empfang eher dürftig war. Das lag wohl auch daran, dass Maitland nicht im Herzen der Hunter Valley Sehenswürdigkeiten liegt. Wer wirklich das Hunter Valley mit seinem Gardens und den Winzern anschauen will, der sollte eher ein Hotel In Proserpine oder Cessnock suchen.“
