The private hot tub was perfect, especially for days after snowboarding and hiking. The apartment was a few minutes from downtown but was very peaceful. We would love to stay here again when we are back in the area. “

„Came for Mountainfilm, this studio was really (relatively) affordable. It felt bigger than the photos made it seem. It’s in a perfect location right on the creek path and accessible to town. The check in process was easy, including the parking permit for two cars. The kitchenette was just enough for cooking simple things. We were so busy with films we didn’t make it to the hot tub! Next time. I would definitely stay here again. “

Excellent communication and information from owner. Located in the heart of downtown with the bonus of garage parking. Will definitely stay again. Wish we didn’t have a complimentary stay at the Leland in a couple weeks.“

„Expectations meet on a great 4-night stay while visiting Juco College World Series. Property beautiful landscaped and if you love birds will get your fill this time of year of hummingbirds and others around their beautiful property overlooking the Colorado River. „Stayed 5 nights March 2025. Easy 5 minute walk to the slopes and Steamboat buses. Condo is perfectly appointed with everything we could need. Plenty of space for our family of 3. Hot tub is close, fireplace was nice for a few evenings, kitchen had everything to cook for nights you don’t go out. Was clean when we checked in and had plenty of towels, including extra beach towels for the hot tub or if visiting the hot springs. We would absolutely stay here again.“

„Cozy and home like. Beautiful relaxing setting right on the river. Well equipped home. Great yard space for playing with children, eating outdoors or just relaxing by their er Management company was very helpful and quick to respond. My only constructive comment is that the second bedroom has minimal bureau space. Maybe some shelving in the large closet would be helpful. We will definitely stay there again when we return to the area. “
