The Space:
Welcome to your perfect getaway in Colorado Springs! Our spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. The master bedroom features a comfy king bed, closet, and bedside lamps. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, closet, and bedside lamps, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or friends with two twin beds, a closet, and bedside lamps. Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the cookware essentials.

Relax in the inviting living room with ample seating and a 40-inch Smart TV, or head to the family room for even more entertainment options: a 65-inch Smart TV, ergonomic workstation with a monitor and printer, and a fun arcade. Stay connected with lightning-fast Wi-Fi up to 338 Mbps, and enjoy year-round comfort with central AC and heating. Guest Access:
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence, except for the garage, which remains inaccessible for guests. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.

We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.

Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

Comfortable & Clean Home in Quiet Neighborhood

This is a clean and comfortable split-level home that worked well for us while we visited friends in this area of Colorado Springs. The kitchen had what we needed for simple meals and coffee was supplied. The beds were comfortable with crisp, comfortable bedding. The "den" downstairs has a comfortable sectional and big screen TV that was a perfect place to hang out. I would stay again when visiting this area of Colorado Springs.

We had a wonderful stay at Victory Mountain house. The house was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to local attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood. The host was very responsive. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Colorado Springs! for anyone visiting the area!
