⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. The house was clean and exactly as pictured and there were some snacks left for us to enjoy - a nice touch. The area is definitely close to many attractions. The host responded very quickly to all correspondence. Unfortunately there were a few surprises. The 2 initial codes I was given to check in didn't work. The host did call with a new one that allowed us into the house. We booked this place for a few reasons. Two of those were the fenced in yard (fence isn't all the way to the ground so we couldn't let the dog out without being leashed) and another was the hot tub (not working for us). After requesting a partial refund, I was told I'll be issued one, which I do appreciate. However, I did have to ask; it wasn't offered. I would also suggest that the bathtub drain be cleaned. We stood in ankle deep water whenever we took a shower.

This house was very cute, clean, and had everything we needed! The fenced backyard was great for our dog. It was located closely to Old Colorado City which had a bunch of shops and restaurants and was just down the street from Garden of the Gods. The only downside was that we were there on the hottest day of the year and there were AC units in the bedrooms but not the main living area and it got very hot.

The place was clean inside. Check in was a pain and couldn't get the lock to work. I called the number attached to the email and the person who answered seemed surprised their number was given. They had to have someone else call to help me. The landscaping was non-existant, just dirt, some trash, and the fence was broken so we couldn't leave the dog unattended in the yard. The hot tub was DIRTY, so much I didn't get in. There were not extra blankets for the pull out couch or extra towels for the hot tub. It was ok for what we needed, which was a short sight-seeing stay.

Amazing and Relaxing!

This has been one of the best vacation my husband and I have been on. The location is close to most of Colorado Springs (and close to a Walmart for groceries.) The hot tub was the main event, my husband and I came up there to relax and enjoy our weekend and we did just that. I cannot recommend this place enough :)

More than it seems

This place had everything we needed for a weekend getaway!!! It is a 2 bedroom with pull out couch for small families and friends. Completely updated kitchen with washer and dryer. The view is just beautiful from the porch and so close to downtown. It is also quiet and private! My only recommendation is think about getting some type of internet router or extender:)

Convenient and quiet home near attractions.

The unit is in a quiet neighborhood, but conveniently located just a couple of blocks off of US-24 (near most popular attractions). We had our 7-year old golden retriever with us, and the back yard is fenced in, but has no grass. However, there is also a fully grassy city park less than 1 block away. Be advised that A/C in most vacation properties in the mountains often does NOT imply central air, but often means window units. In this case, BOTH bedrooms have an A/C, and with the bedroom doors open, and both running, they can easily cool the entire property. The property manager is very responsive to questions and concerns.
