The Space:
Welcome to our inviting two-level, four-bedroom, and two-bathroom house in Colorado Springs! On the first level, the master bedroom beckons with a luxurious king bed, bedside lamps, and a spacious walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms both offer queen-sized beds, and the third bedroom includes an additional bunk bed—perfect for families or larger groups. All bedrooms aside from the bunk bedroom feature TVs for personalized entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary adventures, stocked with cookware essentials. The living room is a spacious retreat, boasting ample seating and a 50" Smart TV for cozy evenings. For added entertainment, head to the family room, where a pool table & foosball table await. Need to catch up on work? Enjoy the designated laptop-friendly space with a table and chair.

The full bathroom comes complete with towels and essential soaps, while the in-unit washer and dryer add a touch of practicality to your stay. Step outside to discover the fully fenced backyard, featuring an outdoor dining area and a BBQ—ideal for enjoying Colorado's stunning outdoors. Whether you're unwinding indoors or exploring the local attractions, our well-appointed space ensures a comfortable and memorable stay.

Guest Access:
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence, except for the garage, which remains inaccessible for guests. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.

We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.

Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

Getting Around:
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.

Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. Please review Colorado wildfire prevention tips and resources to help prevent wildfires and protect our great outdoors.

Dog Policy

This house is dog friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

Type of Cooling for the Home

Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

Relaxing New Years

My wife and I came up for new years it was an amazing time. The neighbors set off fireworks and the kids playing in the street at midnight were a nice touch. The house is spacious and chill. We’d definitely stay there again.

Had a great Time.

We enjoyed the house. No problems, everything worked fine. Beds were comfortable and inside house was really nice and comfortable. The place was located in a maze-like subdivision, but everything was always quiet and no problems with neighbors. It was just funny every time we left to go somewhere our GPS routed us another way almost every time. So, by the time we finally got used to the maze, vacation was over. It wasn't a problem, it was actually interesting because we tried to guess, which way it was going to send us this time. The Hosts were very attentive and answered all our questions promptly.

Top notch customer service.

Any questions that I had - the host was able to answer me so promptly and was so kind. The house was clean, and our teenage boys enjoyed the gaming station, pool table, and air hockey table after their tournament. All in all I am happy with our stay!
