The bedroom closets are equipped with plenty of hangers, a storage shelf, luggage rack, and hamper.

Choose from a Keurig combination K-cup and standard drip coffee machine, French press, manual pour-over brewer, coffee grinder, and electric gooseneck kettle. Ground coffee, K-cups, creamer, sugar, sugar-free sweetener, and tea are provided. Complimentary snacks await on the shelf above the stove.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make some delicious meals (or just coffee!) during your stay. Conveniently, the cabinets are labeled for easy item location, streamlining your cooking experience. The kitchen features a refrigerator with a freezer and ice cube trays, a gas range and oven, and a dishwasher. Find a microwave, toaster, blender, mini waffle-maker, and hand-held mixer in the pantry shelves. The refrigerator houses a Brita filtered water pitcher and a selection of Colorado-made sodas so you can sip and savor some homegrown flavor during your stay. Extra Brita filters are in stock ensuring an uninterrupted supply of fresh, clean drinking water.

Everything you need for cooking is at your fingertips: pots, pans, knives, cutting boards, a strainer, mixing bowl, measuring cups, measuring spoons, potholders, and an oven mitt. Utensils include a mixing spoon, slotted spoon, ladle, spatula, tongs, masher, peeler, whisk, can opener, bottle opener, wine opener, wine stoppers, and salt and pepper shakers. Grill tools are in the cabinet next to the dishwasher. Kitchen towels are provided for your convenience. Keep things clean with hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, sponges, and extra trash bags.

We also have plastic counterparts of all dining equipment for our guests travelling with little ones. Food storage containers are provided for storing any leftovers.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the rental unit as well as fenced backyard with propane grill and firepit. Guest will not have access to a locked closet containing supplies in the home There are 3 other rental units on the property that have their own private yards and dedicated parking.

ADDITIONAL FEES: We have put so much work into making your stay perfect, and we value the time we have between guests to prepare for future guests. Please note that there are minimal fees for guaranteed early check-ins or late check outs to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
