Board retreat

What a great space for our five couples to stay in for our first board retreat. The best part was the 5 bathrooms with showers in each. The kitchen/dining table sat us all at the same time. The open kitchen to the living room was great for our meeting times.

Great property. Only issue-would have appreciated instructions on how to operate TV and which switcher to use. Also, lots of latency with your TV signal once we got it working-very slow or a very bad connection. Everything else was great.

Family vacation

The house was beautiful & very clean. Plenty of room for 10 of us. Perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Plenty of parking. My sister rented the house next door, same owner, so the kids had plenty of yard to play between the 2 houses. It was perfect for our family! We would definitely stay here again. We had a couple hiccups but the owner was prompt in responding & helping get things figured out. If bringing toddlers, I would suggest bringing a couple baby gates as this is a split level. There is a pack & play & a high chair to use. We had a very great time! I would recommend this place as it's a great location for Colorado Springs & Manitou Springs... If that is where you will be spending most of your time

Very well maintained large home. Wide driveway for easy parking. Lots of linen, kitchen utensils etc. However some type of overhead protection over the back door used to enter the house will be beneficial when there is heavy rain.

Clean and perfect set up for our stay

Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy this location as much as we wanted to because of our lacrosse games , but everything worked out better than we thought. Communication was very prompt when I had questions. The master room shower had a nozzle issue, the fire alarm battery was low so that was going off on and off, and we couldn't find many cleaning supplies to wash dishes. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

My husband , daughters and family number 15. The 6 bedrooms were perfect for our group. We had a couple of issues with broken coffee pot and wrong size sheets but problems were quickly corrected . Good communication . Easy check in. Would like to see more kitchen towels and baking dishes but the supply of dishwashing and washing machine pods was appreciated

Colorado Springs Convenient Location

The property was very clean and well stocked with towels and dishes. It was perfect for a large family. The 5 full bathrooms meant that there was no waiting. 2 separate living spaces enabled people to split off and do their own thing. Plenty of chairs so we were able to get our entire family of 12 around the large dining room table. Convenient to the freeway and all attractions in the Colorado Springs area. Would definitely rent this house again.

Great home base for access to Colorado Springs attractions!

The whole booking process was a breeze. Communication is excellent. We were able to play tourist all day and comfortably relax for visiting and such in evening. Unit was very clean and private. Cooking facilities adequate for 12 of us adults. Would recommend and would book again!

House is amazing but communication was lacking

The house was great although two of the chairs were broken. Luckily we noticed that as we moved them and not after someone got hurt. Email went to spam folder and there's no communication on the VRBO site. I had to call to find the check-in information and they told me it probably went to the spam folder...so they already know that was likely to happen. So i had to ask who it came from so i could search my spam to find it. Once I found it, I also found that the little box in the email that says "lock code" was empty. So even if I had found it right off the bat in my regular inbox, I was still going to have to call. They then sent a text with the code and we were good to go in. Upon entering, we could hear a smoke detector beeping like it had a low battery. We found that in one of the bedrooms and took it down. We also found two loose toilet seats but we fixed those. You'll find a sign that tells you what they will charge you for... One thing was leaving a dirty grill. I assume if you charge someone for leaving a dirty grill it's because you had to pay someone to clean it. Well... We wanted to use the grill and it was absolutely nasty. We cleaned it, we used it; and we cleaned it again. It's ok... We won't charge you for cleaning the grill. So... For the owner... Your house is awesome! We really loved it!!! For your management team... Communication and upkeep leave much to be desired.
