Winnemucca Retreat combines both levels of the home into one seamless experience:

Upper Level (Winnemucca Heights):

-Open-concept living with large windows and mountain views
-Private entrance, deck with hot tub, BBQ, and seating
-King bedroom, fireplace, curated artwork, and cozy reading spaces
-Kitchen fully equipped for cooking
-Parking for three cars

Lower Level (Winnemucca Spa):

-Two additional bedrooms, each with their own bathroom
-Indoor wet sauna
-Private movie theater room with projector and wrap-around couch
-Kitchenette fully equipped for cooking
-Separate entrance and access to a fully fenced 1-acre yard (perfect for your pets)

>This home is designed as an adult-focused retreat, with curated artwork and unique furnishings
>Families are welcome when booking the full property — feel free to reach out to discuss. This property is not suitable for small children.
>No parties or events without permission from the owner
>A 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended, especially during winter months (November–March).
>Rideshare services are limited in this area, so renting a car is the best way to get around.
- Not showering before entering the hot tub could result in $250 fine
- No children under 12 years old allowed upstairs
- Smoking outdoors only, including 420: abide local fire restrictions. Smoke indoors is a $250 fine.
- Maximum of two dogs under 50 pounds each.
- $40 pet fee per dog. There will be an additional cleaning fee for your animals if there is excessive cleaning needed or damage to the property. This includes hair removal from furniture and yard pick up. $100 for unapproved pets or guests.
- No pets on the furniture or beds. Dogs are allowed downstairs ONLY. No pets allowed upstairs in any area. Never leave your pets unattended.
