„Great location to stay. Phillip greeted us upon arrival, very nice and friendly guy. We enjoyed our stay at their location. One thing we were very displeased with was the uncleanliness in the house. Dog hair all over the place, on the carpets, the beds, on the countertops & table. Pet friendly places must be cleaned much better at all times.“

„They’ve taken an older place and made it really nice. The location isn’t scenic … it sits along the street in town. However, it does have a great fenced courtyard that is really enjoyable. Everything else about the place was significantly better than the average VRBO, particularly those in less touristy areas. We enjoyed our time. It was particularly clean for the “dusty” west. Keep that up … it’s a difference maker. “

„Clean and tidy older cabin with a magnificent view of the sunrise over Beckwith Lake. Nice quiet, rural area, not far from groceries, gas, and fun activities.Owner/manager is very helpful and answers messages in a timely manner.“

„Our stay was great, the property, view, and cleanliness were first class. The beds were a little small and the shower temp only barely lukewarm. I wish we had had the time to hang out there, because the view is amazing. Very nicely decorated. My biggest complaint is there is no street number posted at the gate. Also, the numbers are not consecutive on the road. And there was no mention of a sign or a ranch name in the instructions or address info. We arrived after dark, looked for an hour, ...
