He was available for everyone of our guest. Requests from laundry to suggestions for restaurants, to taxi services to Florence...Nicola was always available to take care of us. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue and host.“

„I stayed in the apartment in June. Absolutely beautiful apartment! Gorgeous kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and living room and dining room. Great location, there is a park around the corner and restaurants and gelato shop beneath the apartment. There is also a bus stop at the park. Another nice feature is that the apartment is only up one flight of stairs. Very easy to access. I would recommend this apartment and I would stay there again. “

„We found that old villa, surrounded with a romantic garden, pool, bbq place, patio. The house is old, but well equiped. Toilette, shower, kitchen, all is working fine. There is also a fridge, you can use One can use two different living rooms. And yes, there is a lot of stuff and books all arund there. Its a bit too much. Some times the lights could be a bit brighter :-) Coming again to Florence, we will stay there again.“
