"When I prepared my trip, I read many negative reviews, they made me worry (an average rating below 4 is a bad sign). I still booked but now I deeply regret.
The hotel is well located, you can walk to restaurants and you have nice ocean views. The design is nice.
But there are many negative elements:
1. Worst service ever experienced. Especially front desk staff are completely ignorant and rude. They ignore requests, when you ask something the answer is no. During our whole stay service was a disaster.
2. No manager available: I asked for a manager . However he was not available during my whole stay and did not even call me.
3. Client orientation zero: on social media they are strong to say âwe appreciate your feedback and try to improveâŠâ. In reality they do not care at all - a customer asking for management to call him and no reaction in three days is unacceptable
4. Rooms are rundown and dirty, housekeeping is doing a bad job
5. Rooms have absolutely no space for cloth
6. No pressure in the shower and
7. Food is very average, breakfast was very limited and the quality of the products subpar.
8. Concierge not existent. When I asked them to organize a tour they said they cannot help me⊠very strangeâŠ
9. EtcetcâŠ.
As some previous reviewers wrote: nice design, no substance. Definitely not up to the standards of a 5-star hotel. Itâs more like a nice basic motel.
