Parking & Property Guidelines
For your convenience, the condo rental includes a designated parking spot directly across from the entry stairs, with additional unassigned parking available in the front and on the south side of the building. Please note that the property does not allow parking of personal watercraft, motorized sport vehicles, campers, or trailers.

Comfort & Amenities
Our condo is stocked with all the essentials to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Amenities include:

- High-speed internet, heating, and air conditioning for year-round comfort.
- A fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker.
- Two large-screen TVs with Xfinity FLEX, allowing you to log into your streaming channels (note: no cable service).
- A cozy dining nook and comfortable seating areas perfect for gathering and relaxing.

Safety & Quiet Hours
Your safety is very important to us. We’ve equipped the condo with smoke/carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers. A fenced community pool, available to guests, is typically open from late June to early September (weather and maintenance permitting). Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 8:30 am to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests in the building.

Rules & Considerations
This is our second home, and we kindly ask that guests respect our family’s allergy needs. **Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited** in the condo. We ask that guests be at least 25 years old and adhere to our guidelines to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.

Outdoor Amenities & Pool Access
The property includes a community swimming pool in the backyard area. The pool is usually heated and open from late June through early September, depending on weather and maintenance schedules. Please note that pool availability is beyond our control, so we cannot provide refunds or discounts if the pool is unavailable during your stay.

Our condo is an ideal retreat year-round. In the cooler months, enjoy nearby hiking trails, nature centers, and cozy local restaurants in charming St. Joseph and South Haven. For summer stays, book early to take advantage of the clean, sandy private beach, the golf cart (included from May through October), and the community pool for a classic Michigan lakeside experience.
