"Staying at Madison’s Mountain Retreat was the perfect getaway and experience for my family. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the atmosphere of the grounds. Anne’s warm welcome and knowledge about the animals was excellent and we all enjoyed feeding the Alpacas, Llamas & Goats. The indoor pool was great for a quick swim & we felt nice and cosy in the rustic cabin accommodation which had a lovely view of the alpacas and farm. We will definitely be back. "

"We came to stay here to get away from home for the holidays but where we could still work when necessary. It was a very relaxing time away with a lovely outlook and peaceful location. Walking distance to a fishing spot and the dog loved swimming in the river. Kitchen is well appointed, and the balcony is a great space for a workout, making lego or doing emails. "Had a big family wedding at chapel hill retreat, and found hunting lodge convenient, well appointed and most enjoyable. "The property is on very tranquil and restful bushlands. Great place to unwind and unplug. There is also a creek with opportunities to go canoeing courtesy of the hosts. It does require a 4WD to get down there or reasonably fit bodies as it's a steep walk down and steeper back or feels like it !! Pack your bags, your favourite book, snacks, drinks and kick back ! "
