You will also find 1 cabin bedroom (sleeping 140 cm) and its direct access to a small patio, a bathroom and separate toilet. The residence, inaugurated in July 2025, benefits from a communal swimming pool open in summer according to the prefectural decree, close to the surrounding coves and beaches, from the city center of Collioure less than 1 km. A private parking space, air conditioning and private wifi complete this accommodation.
