„Amazing property, really nice manager and all the bar staff were so helpful- I asked for a special request to have the towels folded and she really outdid herself! The room was absolutely gorgeous and we loved every minute, the bar food downstairs was also fantastic. Nothing but positivity and really made our 3rd anniversary worth it <33“

„Loved our stay here! The hotel is beautiful located right in Person's Green. With the District Line to Wilbeldon, it takes 25 minutes from Victoria. Or take one of the many buses in the area - takes longer but you get to see so much of London. The staff were the highlight of our stay. Super nice, friendly and always helpful. The continental breakfast is a nice edition and enough for a good start in the morning. We had a room on the first floor but even though it was Wimbledon and Euro Final, it ...

„Typisches englisches Pub-Hotel, rustikal auf schick renoviert. Ok, aber nicht top. Mankos wie in einigen englischen Hotels, schlecht funktionierende Heizung, trotz der üblichen dicken, ollen Teppiche und tausend Vorhängen kalt. Roch etwas muffig. Für ein, zwei Nächte ok. Beim Frühstück gab es allerdings schon eine vegan-vegetarische Variante, was nicht üblich ist bei den Mittelklasse-Hotels auf der Insel.“

"Das Personal ist sehr, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Die Lage ist einmalig. Sobald man das Hotel verlässt kann man den Big Ben sehen. Das Frühstück ist für britische Verhältnisse auch sehr gut. Es gibt verschiedene Aufschnitte, Müsli, Obst und Toast/ eine Sorte Brötchen. Darüber hinaus natürlich auch typisch britische Gerichte. Leider fehlt in den Zimmern eine Toilettenbürste. Ansonsten gibt es keinerlei Kritik "

"We stayed there 6 nights in April 25. Everything was within our expectations. The most important thing for us, clean rooms. though the bathroom has no window the shower and the bathroom was very clean. two times a day roomservice. Very friendly staff. The view into the park through the panaorama window is very relaxing. The afternoon tea was compared to other offers in the area quite worth the price. The lady who served us was a very friendly sunshine. Combined with the view into the park a really great expirience which will keep in mind a long time. Absolute nothing negativ to mention. We very enjoyed our stay and would come again. Great job dear hotel staff"

"Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Ein großes Zimmer (Deluxe), mit Fenster, schönes Duschbad. Bett war auch prima, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Beim Frühstück fand man immer etwas, auch wenn die Qualität nicht der in Deutschland entspricht. Die Lage des Hotels war ausgezeichnet und dank des Bahnhofs um die Ecke war alles schnell zu erreichen. Den Direkt-Ausgang vom Hotel in den Bahnhof haben wir leider erst am letzten Tag entdeckt. Das hätte uns einige Wege erspart, hätten wir es früher entdeckt. Einzig beim Check in hätten wir uns einen aufmerksamen Concierge gewünscht, welcher unsere Koffer die steilen Treppen getragen hätte. Das war sehr mühsam für uns. Auf der Suche nach dem Weg zum Zimmer trafen wir einen Maler des Hotels, welcher uns fragte, ob er uns behilflich sein könne. Er war so freundlich und trug uns von allein beide Koffer auf einmal die weitere Treppe hinunter. Von drei Fahrstühlen waren leider 2 defekt, was lange Wege zum Ausgang und Frühstück nach sich zog. Ansonsten war alles Perfekt!"
