Le jardin est planté de nombreux arbres fruitiers, la piscine est extrêmement agréable et protégée par les arbres. Des terrasses extérieures permettent de prendre l’apéritif ou les repas à l’ombre des tilleuls où d’une pergola recouverte de vigne. „Beautiful courtyards and property. Need a car. Living space/kitchen not big enough for 8 adults. We ate two lovely meals at the little restaurant. Kitchen could be better equipped as not enough glasses etc. Great staff very helpful“

„Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in der „Casa Oleandra“ in Gualdo verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Gail war unkompliziert und sie hat immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Kleine Problemchen wurden sofort und unbürokratisch gelöst.Das Haus bietet wirklich alles, um einen schönen Urlaub zu genießen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und alles entspricht den Beschreibungen. Ganz besonders haben wir den tollen Pool genossen, der sehr gepflegt ist und zwei Mal pro Woche gereinigt wurde.Die Lage ...

„Everyone at Casa Giulia is amazing and so nice! We stayed here with family and hosted an intimate wedding of 40 people. Francesca was incredibly helpful leading up to the wedding (a mere 4 months before the stay). She coordinated all vendors and details. Francesca and all staff helped during the entirety of the stay and we are so grateful. The villa itself is enchanting and beautiful! The grounds are kept and picturesque. „Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, inbesondere die grosse Terasse (Gli Gnomi), die beiden Pools und die Nähe zum schönen Spoleto (10 Min. zum Parkplatz Posterna, Rolltreppe). Auch die beiden Schlafzimmer mit jeweils Bad recht komfortabel. Die Klimaanlage ist allerdings nur im Wohnraum. Leider ist das Haus von Gli Gnomi sehr hellhörig bzgl. oberer Wohnung, wir hatten das große Pech, schreiendes Baby und nicht zeitumgestellte Gäste aus dem dem Osten über uns zu haben, daher Lärm bereits vor ...

„We have stayed before in Villa in Italy but this one is above any expectations. The house is stunning, the owner and people who take care of the place were super responsive and lovely to deal with. House could use some door screens (I think they are installing them) and maybe a few little things for the kitechen (we were a group of foodies who loves to cook) but they offered to get what we need and I can not imagine a better place. Location was great as it was 30 min walk to center of Folinio ...
